Roasted Garlic Baconaise

2 quarts of spread

• • 2 quarts Mayonnaise
  • 10 each Bacon cooked & chopped
  • 1 head Garlic roasted
  • To Taste Lemon juice

1. • In a robot coupe, place bacon and roasted garlic then pulse until chopped.
   • Then add the mayo and pulse until incorporated, add lemon juice season to taste.
