I am a regular visitor to Pittsburgh and always stay at the Fairmont Pittsburgh. The management and staff provide exceptional service on EVERY visit. Today is my birthday and they found out about it and left a birthday cake in my room. It is the extra things they do that has made me a very loyal customer.
