Berry Lemonade Vodka Popsicles

• • 2 cups water
  • Zest of four lemons
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup raspberry puree
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 5 ounces vanilla-infused vodka

1. • Bring water, lemon zest, vanilla bean and sugar to a boil. Remove from heat and add raspberry puree and lemon juice. Strain and add vodka. Pour into popsicle molds. Freeze until slightly hardened and add popsicle sticks. Freeze completely.
