Cherry Wine Cookies

Ingredients

• • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon red wine
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 270 grams sugar
  • 220 grams butter
  • 400 grams all-purpose flour
  • 100 grams chopped dried cherries

1. 1. Cream butter and sugar until pale
   2. Add spices and red wine
   3. Add eggs in slowly. Then add flour and baking soda until dough forms
   4. Add in cherries, scoop desired size
   5. Bake in oven at 350 for 12 minutes
   6. Dust with powdered sugar when cookies have cooled
