CHEF CLINTON COOPER BRINGS STRONG CULINARY REPUTATION TO CAIRO’S LUXURY HOTEL
AND ITS SIGNATURE RESTAURANTS

Fairmont Heliopolis & Towers, Cairo’s landmark hotel located just minutes from Cairo International Airport, is new home to the culinary talents of Executive Chef Clinton Cooper. As a multi-award-winning Chef, his culinary achievements will bring a new dimension to the hotel’s 18 signature restaurants, banquet and catering offerings.
Originally from New Zealand, Chef Clinton Cooper brings over 19 years of experience to this position. “We are thrilled to welcome Chef Cooper on board to Fairmont Heliopolis & Towers” said Sami Zoghbi, Vice President & Managing Director of the hotel. “Clinton brings with him an impressive array of experience, having worked in some of the most prestigious properties around the world and we are confident that his expertise will contribute to our continued success and bring amazing depth to our food & beverage program”.
Chef Cooper brings a wealth of culinary secrets to Fairmont Heliopolis & Towers authentic cuisines which he gained from his most recent position at “The Fat Duck”, Heston Blumenthal’s famous Michelin-starred restaurant in the Berkshire village of Bray, United Kingdom.
In addition to his position as the Executive Chef at the Four Seasons Hotel in Mumbai and at Shangri-la hotels in both China and Dubai.
Executive Chef Clinton Cooper in his new role will lead Fairmont Heliopolis & Towers’ culinary team, adding a contemporary spin to the hotel’s authentic cuisines. Chef Cooper says, “It’s not a job if you want to be a chef and do it properly, it’s a lifestyle.”
