The Hi-Rise Cocktail

• • 2 oz Junmai Sake
  • 1 ½ oz Forbidden Fruit Spiced Apple Wine
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp nutmeg infused simple syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

1. • Combine ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker, shake vigorously, and serve in a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a wafer thin slice of apple.
