Check Out: Fairmont Ajman

By Renée Morrison

With its ornate lanterns, bronze sphere chandeliers and Byzantine- pattern rugs, Fairmont Ajman’s Turkish restaurant Kiyi is a sleek take on an Ottoman market. Private dining nooks with low, majlis-style seating welcome groups, and the menu – which features refined versions of  signature Turkish dishes like flash-torched Çökertme beef – encourages sharing. Patrons can also order from a selection of family platters, which are  traditional in Turkish culture.
