Love Ages Well

Young love is lovely. Young love is fine. But believe me when I say: it gets even richer and lovelier with time!

This photo was taken on my husband's 50th birthday at the Fairmont Southampton in Bermuda. We celebrated in style with our dear friends, Doris and Christoph, who flew in from Europe to surprise Bruce for his special celebration. Doris took this photo of us while dining at the Fairmont's Waterlot Inn. And let me assure you, whether you add birthday candles to it or not, their sticky toffee pudding is delicious!

Bruce and I have been incredibly blessed to have been married nearly 15 years. Every day together is a gift: no wrapping paper or ribbon required.
