Bermuda Avocado Bread

Chef Herbie Bascome from The Fairmont Southampton found himself with too many avocados one day and decided to experiment making a delicious morning treat. Riffing off of the classic banana bread, this avocado bread is a perfect accompaniment to Bermudian codfish and potatoes, or a unique afternoon tea nibble.
