Lounging on the Cote D'Azur

Our family plus our daughter's BFF spent a month travelling in France and Italy. Our most spectacular day was spent on the Cote d'Azur. We had lunch in a castle overlooking the sea from about 1,000 up followed by an evening at the Fairmont Monte Carlo.

The girls thought they had died and gone to travel heaven! We spent the late afternoon lounging in the rooftop pool, overlooking the harbour. What a glorius view from a magical location. Another tick off the bucket list....
