Ingredients
- Yield:
 - Makes 4
 
Salad
- 200 gr Fennel
 - 125 gr Iceberg lettuce
 - 100 gr Carrots
 - 100 gr Yellow bell pepper
 - 100 gr Radish
 - 50 gr Roasted pine nuts
 - 25 gr Water cress
 - 15 gr Parsley
 - 15 gr Chervil
 - 15 gr Chive
 - 15 gr Mixed Sprouts
 
Dressing
- 300 gr Joghurt
 - 100 gr Crème Fraîche
 - 40 gr Sugar
 - 15 gr Mustard
 - 5 gr Chive
 - 5 gr Parsley
 - Powder white pepper
 - 20 ml Lime juice
 - 20 ml Grape seed oil
 - 5 ml White wine vinegar
 - 2 ml Worcester Sauce
 - A small paring of lemon
 - Dash Tabasco
 
Preparation

Salad
- Cut the vegetables into fine slices
 - Chop the herbs and mix everything together
 
Dressing
- Mix the fresh joghurt, the crème fraîche and the cream together
 - Mix it with the other ingredients and season
