This is an interesting take on the classic Tom Collins recipe, a favourite of cocktail lovers the world over. Nur Lounge has taken the Collins in a new direction by adding some contemporary flavours to give it a bit of a kick. This version of the Collins is very popular here in Baku, especially with CIS guests. We have used our own infused syrup but you can also use fresh coriander muddles with the ginger and line with sugar syrup added with the vodka.
