Although Valentine’s Day falls in one of the coldest months of the year, we have a few ideas to add some heat to this fabulous date.
Start your day with a romantic skate on the river or wander past the beautiful ice-sculptures that are scattered around St. Boniface. As the sun sets, make your way back to the hotel for dinner. Our culinary team will welcome you to the iconic Velvet Glove with a glass of sparkling wine for you and your love. Settle down for the evening with a delicious five course dinner prepared by our Chef de Cuisine, Emil Shellborn. Enjoy wild Nova Scotia scallops, a duo of grilled elk striploin and BC sable fish or butter poached lobster to name a few of the delicious dishes. End the evening with a swim in salt pool or enjoy the city views while you sip sparkling wine and nibble on chocolate covered strawberries from the comfort of your room.
