Join us for Oktoberfest in the VG Restaurant. Enjoy a delicious 5 course menu prepared by Executive Chef Eraj Jayawickreme with beers carefully paired by Guy McClelland, Beer Knight and President of McClelland Premium Imports. Each course will be intriduced by Chef E, followed by an introduction to the beer by Guy McClelland.
As a ‘Beer Knight,’ Guy is passionate about beer education, debunking popular beer myths, and introducing Canadians to original European craft beers. Finish off your evening by taking the elevator home to the comfort of your guest room.
