Fairmont Annual Kitchen Party

Our annual kitchen party is one of the most highly anticipated events of the year. At the Fairmont Winnipeg our clients are like our family and we can’t think of a better way to wrap up the year than an event in their honour.

Spectacular events are a frequent occurrence at the hotel and we are constantly looking for ways to create memories for everyone who walks through our front doors. This year’s kitchen party was “in the woods” themed and included several exciting elements from a crackling fire place to make your own s’mores on in our ballroom, to live cooking stations (think wild rice bannock, fresh fried pickerel and a mouthwatering pie shop) and even a whiskey bar in our freight elevator.

Guests were provided with colourful aprons to wear on the night and spent the evening in our commercial kitchen, nibbling on the delicious food and networking in a space that is usually off limits to guests.
