Hand Crafted Marshmallow Bark

• • Marshmallow (see Hand Crafted Marshmallow recipe)
  • High Quality Belgium Chocolate

1. 1. Make a batch of Hand Crafted Marshmallows and let sit (see recipe)
   2. If you are comfortable tempering chocolate, temper a high quality Belgium chocolate before proceeding.
   3. Alternately melt chocolate melting wafers to 38C.
   4. Fold in diced marshmallows, spread onto a parchment lined cookie sheet and allow to set.
   5. Once half set score with Chef’s knife and return to fridge to completely set.
   6. Break up the bark and enjoy!
