Chocolate Marshmallow Pops

• • Marshmallow (see Hand Crafted Marshmallow recipe)
  • High Quality Belgium Chocolate

1. 1. Make a batch of Hand Crafted Marshmallows and let sit (see Chef Leanne's recipe).
   2. If you are comfortable tempering chocolate, temper a high quality Belgium chocolate before proceeding.
   3. Alternately melt chocolate melting wafers to 38C.
   4. Cut marshmallows into 2” squares and insert lolly pop or bamboo stick.
   5. Dip into melted chocolate, decorate and allow to set in fridge.
