• • 2 oz Dillon's Gin
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz icewine
  • ½ oz honey simple syrup
  • 2 oz soda

1. 1. Combine gin, lemon juice, icewine and simple syrup in a mixing glass and shake.
   2. Fill Collins glass with ice cubes and strain into glass. Top with soda.
