Engagement on Ice

I went to visit my boyfriend and his family this past Christmas in Toronto. I recieved a phone call a few days prior to my flight saying we had gotten another Christmas present to stay at the Fairmont, Royal York for the night. So we could see a ballet, my very first. He knew how much I loved Christmas and skating. I had never guessed that the night before while skating at Nathan Phillips Square at City Hall. He would get down on one knee in skates in the middle of the Ice and ask me to marry him, right as the lights came on. It was like a dream. After my obvious YES and congratulations from the crowd. We rush back to enjoy, our beautiful stay at the Fairmont. We even got one of the employee to take this picture to remember this special moment. 

I can't even believe, I have found my true love, bestfriend and the person I want to spend the rest of my life with. From the moment we meet we knew. Especially when I see things like this contest for love story's at the fairmont hotel, I find it hard not to believe this isn't destiny.
