• • 2 oz Strawberry Vodka
  • 3/4 oz Sparkling Wine Syrup
  • 1/4 oz White Creme de Cacao
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Egg Whites
  • Strawberry powder to finish

1. Strawberry infused Vodka

   1. Slice 3 large strawberries and put in 1 cup of vodka (preferably smooth one, like grey goose). Let it infuse overnight.

2. Sparkling Wine Syrup

   1. Place 100 ml Sparkling Wine and 100 g sugar in a small sauce pan. Set over medium heat, bring to a simmer.

3. Strawberry Powder

   1. Dehydrate strawberries and grind to make powder

4. Cupid's Arrow Cocktail

   1. Pour all ingredients (except strawberry powder) into cocktail shaker. Shake until all ingredients are combined and frothy.
   2. And add ice and shake until chilled.
   3. Strain through a Hawthorn strainer into a chilled Coupe glass.
   4. Garnish with Strawberry powder in a heart shape.
