Warming Winter Cocktails: Canadian Coffee at JPL

Ingredients

Yield:

1 cocktail

• Canadian Coffee

  • 1 1/2 oz Canadian Club whisky
  • 1/4 oz maple syrup
  • 4 oz hot coffee
  • Top with maple whipped cream (see recipe below)

• Maple Whipped Cream

  • 2 cups (16 oz / 500 ml) heavy whipping cream
  • 6 oz / 125 ml maple syrup
  • 1 nitrous oxide (N2O) charger

1. Canadian Coffee

   1. In an Irish Coffee Mug, measure in whisky and coffee. Top with maple whipped cream.

2. Maple Whipped Cream

   1. Measure ingredients into a whip canister. Screw top on canister and charge with 1 charger. Lightly shake to combine. (Hold upside down, preferably over a sink). Label and date; store refrigerated for up to 1 week.
