Emerald Lounge Winter Warmer & Baileys Milk Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients

Yield:

1 drink and sharing plate for two

• Emerald Lounge Winter Warmer

  • 3/4 oz Butterscotch Cream
  • 3/4 Butter Ripple Schnapps
  • 3/4 oz Baileys Irish Cream
  • 3/4 oz Steamed Milk
  • 3/4 oz Espresso
  • Cinnamon

• Baileys Milk Chocolate Fondue

  • 1 1/2 Cup 35% Cream
  • 2/3 Cup Icing Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Instant Coffee
  • 8 oz Milk Chocolate (broken into small chunks)
  • 4 tsp Baileys Irish Cream
  • Assortment of Dippers

1. Emerald Lounge Winter Warmer

   1. Pour the Butter Ripple schnapps first for the bottom layer.
   2. Using a spoon to break the cream's fall, slowly pour in the Bailey’s Irish cream to gently layer it on the top of the shot.
   3. Using the same method pour the Espresso gently on top of the Bailey’s.
   4. Mix your milk and butterscotch cream and steam and pour gently on top.
   5. Sprinkle cinnamon and add cinnamon stick.

2. Baileys Milk Chocolate Fondue

   1. In a small pot over low heat, warm up the cream.
   2. Gradually add the icing sugar and mix well.
   3. Add the instant coffee and chocolate, one handful at a time and keeping stirring while the chocolate melts.
   4. Add the Baileys Irish Cream and keep stirring
   5. Once all the ingredients are warmed up and well mixed, transfer the mixture into your fondue pot.
   6. Light the unscented candle.
   7. Put a dipper onto a fondue fork and dip it into the hot chocolate.
   8. Enjoy and Repeat.
