"MAC" Fire and Ice

Ingredients

• Drink

  • 2 ounces - Woodford Reserve
  • 0.5 ounces - Lime Juice
  • 0.5 ounces - Maple Syrup
  • 0.5 teaspoon - Ginger Puree
  • dash of bitters
  • 0.25 ounces - Bacardi 151 (for flaming the cocktail)

• Garnish

  • 1 lime wheel
  • 1-2 sugar cubes

1. Preparing the cocktail

   1. 1.) In a cocktail shaker add all the ingredients and shake vigorously.
   2. 2.) Prepare your highball glass by filling with ice.
   3. 3.) Strain contents of the cocktail shaker and pour it over the ice.
   4. 4.) Place a lime wheel on top of the drink and then a cube of sugar on top of the lime wheel.
   5. 5.) Pour Bacardi 151 rum on top of the sugar and light on fire
