Chef's Garden

We travel quite frequently, and weather for business or for pleasure, if there is a Fairmont hotel, we choose to stay there.  My daughter and her friend really enjoy the old historic hotels that they call "castles".  We wanted a quick shopping getaway and decided to drive up for Edmonton to check out West Edmonton Mall. Of course we stayed at the hotel McDonald. While we were touring the grounds and checking out the awesome views, we met the executive chef who gave us a tour of his fresh herb garden!
