Chocolate Easter Bunnies - Whistler Style

Ingredients

2 Bunnies

• Chocolate Bunnies

  • Dark Chocolate
  • Yellow Cocoa Butter Spray
  • White Chocolate (for piping)
  • Decorations - dark and milk chocolate pearls
  • Easter Egg Chocolate Moulds (from craft store)

1. Preperation - Chocolate Bunnies

   1. Melt the dark chocolate and pour into mould to create the round bases
   2. Assemble the bunny by sticking the two halves of the eggs together with chocolate
   3. Place the egg onto the base and attach the ears
   4. Freeze it for 5 minutes
   5. Spray with cocoa butter
   6. Pipe the eyes and nose and then place in fridge to set up
   7. Carefully stick the eyes and nose on the bunny
