20th Wedding Anniversary

20 years ago we celebrated our honeymooon at Chateau Lake Louise. We had travelled all the way from Australia, and it was my first time in The Rockies. We had such a glorious time that we vowed to return for our 10th anniversary. Unfortunately, circumstances didn't permit this. But now 20 years later we are looking forward to returning to lake Louise for our 20th anniversary.
Although we visited other ski resorts at that time, it is the Chateau that stayed in our memories.
We were upgraded to a room with a view, and what a view!
Memorable accommodation, and glorious food and wine. It was my first taste of fresh atlantic salmon, and I'll always remember the chardonnay I had with hints of pear.
We still ski, and I still have my original 'Lake Louise' beanie/hat that has kept me warm every ski trip.
We had an absolutely marvelous time, and we're looking forward to another memorable experience next week. Can't wait
