Canadian Summer Cocktail

Ingredients

Yield:

1 cocktail (1 pitcher = 5 cocktails)

• • 1 oz Sortilège Maple syrup Whisky
  • 0.5 oz Knob Creek Rye
  • 2 oz Organic Apple Juice
  • 1 oz Cranberry juice
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice

• To garnish

  • One mint Stalk, an Apple slice and a zest of Lemon

1. 1. Put all the ingredients in a shaker.
   2. Fill with ice and shake vigorously.
   3. Strain in a Highball glass over fresh ice cubes.
