  • 3/4oz (22 ml) Talisker Storm
  • 3/4 oz (22ml) Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum
  • 3/4 oz (22ml) Sweet Vermouth
  • 1/2 oz (15ml) Lemon Juice
  • 1 (30ml) Pumpkin Purée
  • 2/3 oz (20ml) Egg White
  • Garnish: Star Anise

Preparation

1. Preparation

   1. Add all ingredients into mixing glass.
   2. Dry shake, then add ice and shake vigorously.
   3. Double strain into sake glass/small martini coupe.
   4. Mist with gin then float star anise.
