Decadent Directions

Arthur Chen, pastry chef at the Fairmont Pacific Rim, creates chocolate inukshuks for guest amenities during the 2010 Olympic Games in Vancouver. Like the stone landmarks that have become synonomous with the north, they are crafted by hand and no two are the same. To a traveler, they say, "I've been here before - you are on the right path".
