The Canadienne is a dairy breed developed in French Canada from cattle imported back in the XVIIth century from Brittany and Normandy. Our culinary team at Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu created these exquisite and simple ice cream recipe using fresh milk straight from our local farms!
