Honey glazed oats and raisin Christmas Cookie

Ingredients

• • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 cup fast cooking oats
  • 1.5 cup dry raisins
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup softened butter
  • 2 teaspoons grown cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda

• Honey Glaze

  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 cups icing sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey

1. 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
   2. In a large bowl, add the raisins into the milk for 5 mins to soften them
   3. In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar and honey until smooth
   4. Beat in the egg and vanilla until fluffy
   5. Stir together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Gradually beat into butter mixture and stir in oats and the raisins and milk
   6. Drop a teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheets
   7. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown

2. Honey glaze

   1. Mix all the ingredients together to obtain a homogeneous cream
   2. Spread the glace on the cookie
