Sam's Punch

Ingredients

• • 1/2 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 apple, thinly sliced and fanned
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, halved lengthways, thinly sliced
  • 5 strawberries, halved
  • 20 raspberries
  • 5 blackberries
  • 5 sprigs fresh mints
  • 5 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 3 oz London Dry Gin
  • 3 oz Pimm’s No.1 Cup
  • 5 oz Fresh Apple Juice
  • 10 oz Soda Water

1. 1. Mix and stir all ingredients in an absinthe fountain filled with ice. Bring to table along with antique cups garnished with mint sprigs.
