Quick and Easy Christmas Cookies

Ingredients

• • 350 gr. Flour
  • 150 gr. Fresh margarine
  • 50 gr. Molasses
  • 12 gr. Salt
  • 3gr. Baking soda
  • 120 gr. Brown sugar
  • 7gr. Ground cinnamon
  • 7gr. Ground ginger
  • 30 ml. white vinegar
  • 1 egg

1. 1. Sieve flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and ginger together in a large bowl. Let sit.
   2. Using a mixer, mix the Margarine and sugar together until it's creamed.
   3. Incorporate molasses, brown sugar and vinegar.
   4. Incorporate the egg and whip vigorously.
   5. Gradually incorporate the sieved ingredients, whip vigorously until you obtain homogeneous thick dough.
   6. Cover and refrigerate until the dough is thick enough to spread it.
   7. Heat the oven at 375 degrees F.
   8. Spread the dough about 3 mm. thick. Using a cookie cutter cut out your desired shape cookie and place on a parchment paper covered sheet tray.
   9. Bake for 8-10 minutes and cool down on a cooling rack. Wait until the cookies are room temperature before decorating with colored icing.
