The Charles Hays Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

• • 2 cups of milk
  • 6 ounces of shaved semi-sweet chocolate
  • 2 ounces of Yukon Jack Canadian Whiskey
  • 2 ounces of Sortilège (French Canadian maple liqueur)
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • Ground nutmeg (just a pinch!)

1. • In a small pot on low heat, warm the milk and stir in the chocolate shavings until completely melted.
   • Add the Yukon Jack , Sortilege and nutmeg along with the cinnamon sticks.
   • Bring ingredients to a boil.
   • Remove from the heat and wisk until ingredients becomes frothy.
   • Serve in one of your favourite mugs. Add whipped cream and a spinkle of shaved chocolate!
