Chocolate ice cubes

Ingredients

Yield:

6 servings of 4 small ice cubes per glass

• • 1 Cup Milk
  • ¼ Cup Water
  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • ¾ Cup Dark Chocolate

1. 1. Combine milk, water, cocoa and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
   2. Add dark chocolate and stir until melted. Let stand 10 minutes.
   3. Strain and portion into ice cube tray.
   4. Freeze!
